注射用头孢米诺治疗老年人急性下呼吸道感染82例

Cefminox for injection in treatment of 82 aged patients with lower respiratory tract infection

目的评价头孢米诺治疗老年人急性下呼吸道感染的疗效和安全性。方法急性下呼吸道感染老年患者82例,给予头孢米诺静脉滴注,1～2g,q12h,疗程10～14d。观察疗效及发生的不良反应。结果头孢米诺治疗后痊愈63例,显效9例,进步3例,无效7例,总有效率为88%(72/82);细菌清除率为65%,不良反应发生率为10%(8/82),无严重不良反应。结论对于呼吸道感染的老年人群,头孢米诺疗效可,安全性较好。

AIM To evaluation the efficacy and safety of cefminox in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection in the aged.METHODS Eighty-two aged patients with lower respiratory tract infection were administrated intravenously by cefminox 1 - 2 g,q 12 h,for 10 - 14 days.The efficacy and adverse reactions of the treatment were observed.RESULTS After the treatment,there were 63 patients with recovery, 9 patients with efficacy,3 patients with improvement,and 7 patients without efficacy.The total effective rate of cefminox in the treatment was 88%（72/82）.The clearance rate of bacteria was 65%and the adverse reaction rate was 10%（8/82） with no serious adverse reaction related to the drug.CONCLUSION Cefminox is effective and safe in treatment of lower respiratory tract infection in the aged.
