下颈椎骨折脱位的早期前路减压融合

Lower Cervical Vertebral Injury Treated Early by Anterior Approch Decompression and Bone Graft Fusion

目的：总结早期前路减压植骨融合治疗下颈椎骨折脱位的经验。方法：下颈椎前路减压后用自体髂骨植入。结果：３９例患者经８个月～３年随访观察，按Ｆｒａｎｋｅｌ分级，术后神经功能恢复良好。结论：只要患者全身状况允许，１周内行前路减压植骨融合术有利于脊髓生理功能的恢复及保持颈椎稳定性。

Objective:To sum up our experience of the lower cervical vertebral injury treated early by the anterior approach decompression and bone graft fusion.Method:After the anterior approach decompression of lower cervical vertebral,a piece of auto iliac bone was implanted.Result:According to Frankel grading,neural function recovered well in 39 patients with cervical vertebral injury during eight months to three years follow up survey.Conclusion:With permission of the patients condition anterior approach decompression and bone graft fusion in early 1 week can be beneficial to restoration of the spinal physiological function,adn keep the stability of cervical vertebrae.
