心房颤动合并慢性心力衰竭患者血浆利钠肽水平变化的研究 被引量：7

摘要 B型利钠肽（BNP）可以在多种心脏病中升高，在心力衰竭（心衰）中升高更为显著，且与疾病的严重程度相关，其作为心衰重要标志物在心衰的诊断、治疗及预后方面均有重要的临床价值，但是BNP水平受多种因素的影响，如年龄、性别、肺栓塞、急性冠脉综合征、心律失常、肾功能不全等。
