摘要
采用激光熔覆方法在汽轮机叶片材料0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb(17-4PH)沉淀硬化不锈钢表面制备Co基合金涂层,并研究其在蒸馏水和3%NaCl溶液中的空蚀行为.用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及能谱(EDS)分析熔覆层的显微组织及元素分布并跟踪观察空蚀后试样表面的形貌;用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和显微硬度计分别检查空蚀前后熔覆层的相组成和横截面的硬度变化.结果表明:在17-4PH不锈钢表面采用激光熔覆制备的Co基合金熔覆层具有非常优异的抗空蚀性能,这与熔覆层组织中碳化物骨架的强化作用以及空蚀过程中发生的应变诱发马氏体相变密切相关.
A Co-based alloy coating was prepared on the surface of 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb(17-4PH) stainless steel by laser cladding and the cavitation erosion behavior of the coating in distilled water as well as in 3%NaCl solution was investigated.The microsructure and microhardness before and after the cavitation erosion of the laser cladding were examined by scanning electron microscope (SEM) with enegy disperse spetroscopy(EDS),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and a microhardness tester.The results indicated that the laser cladding showed excellent resistance to cavitation erosion due to that the existance of a skeletal structure of carbides and the formation of martensite induced by the strain during cavitaion erosion process.
