摘要
应用药芯焊丝对发动机曲轴磨损进行修复,论述了药芯焊丝堆焊工艺及药芯焊丝化学成分。试验表明,超微颗粒SiC/纳米WC促进了堆焊层中原位反应,形成了弥散强化、固溶强化等多机制强化效应;SiC与金属基体之间不是仅仅机械结合,部分区域是以化学键方式结合,实现了结构上的连续性,修复的曲轴表面耐磨性相对于原件表面耐磨性提高了24%。
Overlaying welding with flux-cored wire was used to repair the motor bent axle.The overlay process and chemical composition of flux-coned wire were illustrated.The results show that,the super tiny grain SiC/nanometer WC can promote in-site reaction in overlaying central and form the mechanism of dissolvement and solid solution reinforcement.Super tiny grain SiC and metal matrix aren't only machanical combine,part districts are combined with chemistry key,which realize continuous structure,and the wear resistance of repaired bearing is 24% higher than the component surface.
