摘要
采用粉末冶金法制备铝合金钎料,研究了粉坯压制力、烧结过程及热挤压工艺对铝合金钎料相对密度的影响规律。结果表明:提高压制力能使粉坯密度增大,烧结过程难以使粉坯致密化,而热挤压能够大幅度提高材料的密度,其最大相对密度达到96.7%。
Aluminum alloy solder was prepared by powder metallurgy method.The influences of green billet forming pressure,sintering process and hot extrusion on the density of aluminum alloy solder were investigated.The results show that the density of green billets increases with the increase of forging press.Sintering can't lead to the densification of green billets,but hot extrusion can greatly enhance the density.The maximum relativity density reaches 96.7%.
