Renal cell carcinoma solitary metastasis to the pericardium and myocardium: Case report
摘要
患者男,69岁,曾因肾透明细胞癌接受左肾切除术,后接受干扰素、化疗及口服抗肿瘤药物治疗;1年半后接受心脏搭桥手术;4年后心脏CT血管造影复查,发现纵隔左侧肿物,接受头部、腹部及盆腔检查,考虑为肾透明细胞癌转移。CT：纵隔左侧软组织密度肿物，
