摘要脊柱囊性血管瘤病（spinalcystic angiomatosis,SCA）是发生于脊柱的罕见良性先天性疾病,以椎体及附件多发脉管瘤样病变为特征,其他骨骼和内脏也可受累[1]。我院根据临床病史、影像学表现拟诊2例SCA,经实验室和穿刺活检病理学检查除外其他疾病，综合诊断为SCA，报道如下。
