摘要
目的:对比分析拮抗肌运动点和腧穴电针刺激治疗脑卒中后肢体痉挛的临床疗效。方法:采用平行单盲随机对照研究,将80例患者随机分为两组,两组同时都给予Bobath康复技术治疗,其中治疗组41例,予以拮抗肌运动点电针刺激治疗,对照组39例,予以拮抗肌常规腧穴电针治疗,两组均每周治疗5次,20次为1个疗程。结果:治疗组患者的痉挛程度、运动功能、日常生活活动能力等都有不同程度改善,与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:拮抗肌运动点电针结合Bobath康复技术能有效缓解脑卒中患者肢体痉挛程度,疗效优于电针常规腧穴+康复。
Objective:To compare the effects of electro-acupuncture at antagonistic muscular motor points and at acupoints in hemiplegia and spasticity patients after stroke。 Method:The parallel single blind randomized control clinical trial was administered Eighty patients with cerebral stroke were divided into two groups by random. At the same time two groups were all given Bobath rehabilitation technique. Among these patients, therapeutic group(41) was treated with electro-acupuncture at antagonistic muscular motor points, the control group(39) was treated with electro-acupuncture at acupoints, 20 times of treatment was a course. Result:The clinical observing showed that in therapeutic group electro-acupunctur at antagonistic muscular motor points combined with Bobath rehabilitation technique could improve the spasm, the movement function and ability of activity of daily living, compared to the control group, the difference was significant(P0.01—0.05). Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture at antagonistic muscular motor points combined with Bobath rehabilitation technique can effectively alleviate the cerebral infarction patients' hemiparalysis and spasticity. The curative effect in treatment group is better than that in control group.
