细菌“活的非可培养状态”核酸检测方法

摘要 自1982年,细菌活的非可培养状态(Viable but non-culturable state,VBNC)被正式提出至今其研究的实际意义越来越明显,特别是在食品检疫、水质监测等方面尤为突出。
