摘要
目的探讨脂肪因子CXCL5与肥胖、胰岛素抵抗的相关性。方法将86例血糖调节正常者按体重指数(BMI)分为男性超重或肥胖组(A组,26例,BMI≥25)、女性超重或肥胖组(B组,17例,BMI≥25)、男性正常体重组(C组,23例,BMI<25)和女性正常体重组(D组,20例,BMI<25)。ELISA法测定血清CXCL5水平。结果 D组血清CXCL5水平明显高于C组(P<0.01);B组血清CXCL5水平显著高于A组(P<0.01);A组血清CXCL5水平显著高于C组(P<0.05)。男性血清CXCL5水平与BMI、腰围(WC)、腰臀比(WHR)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)呈正相关(P<0.05),与胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)无明显相关性。多元线性回归提示WC、LDL-C是男性组血清CXCL5水平的独立影响因素。结论 CXCL5可能参与肥胖和脂代谢紊乱病理生理过程。
Objective To investigate the relationship of serum CXCL5 with obesity and insulin resistance.Methods On the basis of body mass index(BMI),86 patients with normal glucose regulation were divided into four groups of A(obese male,26 cases,BMI≥25),B(obese female,17 cases,BMI≥25),C(lean male,23 cases,BMI25)and D(lean female,20 cases,BMI25).Serum CXCL5 was detected by ELISA.Results Serum CXCL5 concentrations were significantly higher in group D than those in group C(P0.01),which were higher in group B than those in group A(P0.01).Serum CXCL5 concentrations were significantly higher in group A than those in group C(P0.05).Serum CXCL5 levels in males were positively correlated with BMI,waist-hip ratio(WHR),total cholesterol(TC) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)(P0.05),but not with HOMA-IR.Stepwise regression analysis showed that WC and LDL-C were the independent variables of CXCL5.Conclusion CXCL5 might play a role in the pathophysiology of obesity and lipid metabolism.
