摘要
目的探讨甲状腺癌患者再手术的相关因素。方法对36例再手术的甲状腺癌患者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果 36例中二次手术者28例,三次手术者8例;36例甲状腺癌再次手术发现总残癌率为58.3%(21/36),其中原发部位残癌率44.4%(16/36),颈部淋巴结转移36.19%(13/36)。结论甲状腺肿瘤手术应行甲状腺腺叶切除;疑有颈淋巴结转移时要行规范化的颈淋巴结清扫术。
Objective To investigate the associated factors of reperation for thyroid carcinoma.Methods Data of 36 cases with differentiated thyroid cancer subjected to reoperation were retrospectively analyzed.Results Of 36 patients,28 cases were subjected to second operation and 8 cases were operated for three times.The residual cancer was found in 58.3%（21/36） of the patients,which located at the primary site in 44.4%（16/36） and the lymph node metastasis was found in 36.19%（13/36）.Conclusion A lobectomy of the thiroid shoule be done for the patients with thyroid tumor and a standard radical neck dissection should be performed in thyroid cancer cases with lymph node metastasis.
