茶多酚对ACC-M细胞PCNA、NCAM表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察茶多酚对人肺高转移性腺样囊性癌细胞株(ACC-M)增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)、神经细胞黏附因子(NCAM)表达的影响。方法免疫细胞化学SP法检测不同浓度茶多酚对ACC-M细胞中PCNA、NCAM表达的影响,以不含茶多酚的细胞作对照组。结果与对照组相比,ACC-M细胞呈浓度依赖性PCNA表达降低,NCAM表达增高(P<0.05)。结论茶多酚可通过抑制PCNA表达、促进NCAM表达而影响ACC-M细胞生长。 Objective To observe the effects of tea polyphenols (TP) on the expressions of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and neural cell adhesion molecule (NCAM) in highly lung metastatic salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma cells (ACC-M) in vitro. Methods The expressions of NCAM and PCNA in ACC-M under different concentrations of TP were detected by immunocytochemistry. ACC-M treated without TP was taken as the control. Results Compared to the control, NCAM increased, but PCNA decreased in ACC-M in a concentration-dependent manner (P〈0.05). Conclusion TP can inhibit the proliferation of ACC-M in vitro,which is related to downregulation of PCNA and up-regulation of NCAM expression.
