Surgical treatment of concealed penis with modified Devine′s surgery

目的探讨改良Devine术式治疗隐匿性阴茎的疗效。方法治疗隐匿性阴茎患儿62例，手术通过Devine术的改进型来完成。结果所有手术均获成功，平均手术时间30min。随访l～lO年，阴茎发育良好，外观满意，无并发症发生。结论改良Devine术简单易行，术野暴露好，手术效果好。术后并发症发生率低。

Objective To summarize the outcomes of surgical treatment of concealed penis with modified Devine＇s surgery. Methods A modified Devine＇s surgery was performed in 62 chidren with concealed penis. Results The average operation time was 30 minutes. The patients were followed up for 1 to 10 years, which showed that the operations of 62 cases were all successful. The repaired penises were well in appearance and developed normally. Conclusion The modified Devine＇s technique has the advantages of simplicity, better visibility, excellent cosmetic results and less complications.
