摘要
目的:研究RVG(Radio Visio Graphy)数字成像系统测量根管工作长度的准确性,为临床应用提供参考依据。方法:收集离体牙150颗,其中前牙40颗、前磨牙60颗、磨牙50颗,采用改良双敞技术根管预备后,插入根管锉,保持根管锉尖与根尖孔齐平。模拟X线平行投照技术拍摄RVG数字图像,利用配套的测量软件进行校正处理后测量根管工作长度。再用电子游标卡尺测得根管锉插入根管的实际长度;两种方法测量结果使用SPSS17.0软件进行统计分析。结果:前牙、前磨牙RVG数字系统测量值十分接近真实值(P>0.05);磨牙RVG数字系统测量值较真实值大(P<0.05),但两者一致性较好(rc﹥0.85)。结论:RVG数字成像系统对临床测量根管工作长度有一定指导意义。
Objective: TO evaluate the accuracy of root canal working length measurement on radio visio graphy, in or- der to provide reference date for the clinical application. Method: According to experimental standard,The 150 extracted teeth were collected in this study, 40 anterior teeth, 60 premolars and 50 molars.After root canals were treated with modified double-flared technique, put the file in the root canals, ensured the tip of flies reached the apical foramens. Imitated X-ray parallel technique, the length of root canels were measured in the RVG digital images with the software.And compared with the actual length of files through the SPSS 17.0 software. Result: The difference of anterior teeth and premolars between the two goups of measurments had no statistical significance (P 〉0.05) ; however, the difference of molars was accepted as significant but rc〉0.85. Conclusion: Radio Visio Graphy should be valuable in the measurement of root canal working length.
