摘要
目的探讨S100、survivin和Ki-67作为肿瘤生物学标记在星形胶质瘤中的表达及其生物学意义。方法采用HE染色和SP法对65例星形胶质瘤中S100、survivin和Ki-67的表达情况进行研究,探寻其与肿瘤恶性程度的关系,及三者之间的相互关系。结果在正常脑组织中,S100多显全细胞型阳性,survivin蛋白和Ki-67不表达。随着星形胶质瘤恶性程度的增高,S100表达强度减弱;survivin蛋白的表达和Ki-67指数增高。S100、survivin和Ki-67的表达与星形胶质瘤的恶性程度有显著相关性。结论 S100和survivin在恶性胶质瘤的发生、发展过程中起重要作用,可以作为星形胶质瘤恶性程度的标志物。
Objective To explore the expressions of S100,survivin and Ki-67 in astroglioma and to discuss their biological significances.Methods The expressions of S100,survivin and Ki-67 in 65 cases of astroglioma were detected by HE staining and SP immunohistochemical staining technique and their correlations with the severity of tumors were discussed.Results In normal cerebral tissue,S100 protein presented as whole cell staining and strong positive,mewnwhile,survivin and Ki-67 were unexpressed.However,the expression of survivin and Ki-67 increased,the intensity of S100 protein decreased with the increase of the malignant degree of astrocytomas.There was definite correlation between the expressions of S100,survivin as well as Ki-67 and the malignant degree of astrocytomas.Conclusion S100 and survivin play a significant role in the carcinogenesis and development of astroglioma,they can be regarded as the markers of malignant tumor.
