腹腔镜下右半结肠癌切除术32例疗效观察

Clinical observation on right-side colon cancer treated by laparoscopic resection in 32cases

目的探讨腹腔镜下右半结肠癌切除术治疗的疗效。方法 64例右半结肠癌随机分为腹腔镜组和开腹组,腹腔镜组32例患者采用腹腔镜下切除术,开腹组32例患者采用开腹右半结肠癌根治术。结果腹腔镜组手术时间、术中出血量、术后首次肛门排气时间、恢复流质时间、留置引流管时间、术后住院天数都明显优于开腹组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下右半结肠癌切除术具有创伤小、出血少、术后恢复快等优点,而长期疗效有待进一步观察。

objective To study the curative effect of laparoscopic resection on right-side colon cancer.Methods Totally 64 cases of colon cancer were divided into two groups equally.The patients in laparoscopic group adopted laparoscopic resection while those in sigmoidectomy group underwent laparotomy.Results The operative time,peri-operative bleeding,postoperative first anus exhaust time,restoring time of liquid diet,retention of drainage tube and postoperative hospitalization duration were obviously superior in laparoscopic group than those in sigmoidectomy group（P 0.05）.Conclusion With the advantages of minimally invasive,less bleeding and quick recovery,laparoscopic resection is effective for right-side colon cancer but its long-term efficacy needs further observation.
