防晒剂中纳米氧化锌的安全性研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 纳米氧化锌在防晒剂中的广泛应用,使得其安全性成为近年来研究的热点。总结了防晒剂中纳米氧化锌人体暴露的主要途径及人体吸收的情况,分析了纳米氧化锌的细胞毒性、基因毒性及光毒性,认为防晒剂中的纳米氧化锌不经正常皮肤吸收,对人体安全性无明确的影响,不失为一种高效、安全的防晒剂。但应进一步研究纳米氧化锌在受损皮肤吸收的情况以及经呼吸道和消化道吸收后对人体的危害。
