保心包贴膜治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛40例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Baoxinbao Film in Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Stable Angina Pectoris

目的：为观察保心包贴膜治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的作用。方法：将76例冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者随机单盲分为治疗组（40例）和对照组（36例），分别给予保心包贴膜外敷心前区，每片4天，首次量加倍，共6片20天和消心痛10mg，每日3次口服。结果：治疗组心绞痛总有效率为85％，心电图总有效率为67．5％，均优于对照组（分别为50％和36．1％，P＜0．05和0．01），并显著地改善冠心病临床症状和降低心率收缩压来积数（均P＜0．05）。结论：保心包贴膜缓解心绞痛，改善冠心病临床症状和心肌缺血作用显著，且无不良反应。

To study the effect of Baoxinbao film in treating stable angina pectoris (SAP). Methods:Seventy--six patientswith SAP were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in the study group and 36 cases in the control group, Results= Thetotal effective rates and ECG ST-T changes of SAP were 85 % and 67. 5 % respectively in the study group. These results were allsuperior to those of the control group (PR0. 05 or 0. 01 ). The weekly consumption of isosorbide dinitrate (83. 3 % ) and ratepressure product were reduced significantly in the treated group, as compared with that in the control group (P<0. of or 0. 05).In improving symptom of CHD were significantly better in the treated group than those in the control group (PM 0. 05).Conclusions: Baoxinbao film was much effective for alleviating angina pectoris, improving symptom of CHD and myocardialischemia, and there was no adverse effect.
