增强县域职业教育专业结构与产业结构吻合度研究——基于江苏省泰兴市的调研

Study on Enhancing the Coincidence of Specialty Structure of Vocational Education with Industrial Structure of County Level——Based on Investigation in Taixing of Jiangsu Province

区域经济是职业教育发展的基础,要增强县域职业教育专业结构与产业结构的吻合度,就必须找准区域的支柱产业、优势产业和新兴产业,不仅要使专业结构的规模与产业结构相吻合,而且要使专业的内涵与产业结构相吻合,增强专业吸引力,使专业实际功能与产业要求相吻合,还要加强机制建设,使地方政府在专业建设中发挥重要作用。

The regional economy is the basis for vocational education development. To enhance the concidence of specialty structure of vocational education with industrial structure of county level, the backbone industries, advantageous industries and emerging industries of the county must be identified correctly to not only realize the coneidence of specialty scale with industrial structure, but also achieve concidence of specialty connotation with industrial structure, and to en- hance the attractiveness of specialty; meanwhile, to strengthen mechanism construction and make local government play important role in specialty construction
