摘要
高职校园文化建设既要体现高等教育的特点,又要突出职业文化特征,以职业氛围为载体,构建校园物质文化,重点是营造基于职业发展的教学氛围和校园环境;以培育职业精神为核心,构建校园精神文化;以职业规范为目标,构建校园制度文化,在制度建设上学习和借鉴企业经验与模式;以职业活动为抓手,构建校园行为文化,以提高学生的技能水平和职业素养为目的。
The construction of campus culture of higher vocational education should embody the characteristics of higher education as well as stand out the characteristics of professional culture. To construct campus material culture taking pro- fessional atmosphere as the carrier, the key points are to build the teaching atmosphere and campus environment based on professional development; take the cultivation of professional spirit as the core to build campus spirit culture; take pro- fessional regulation as the objectives to build campus system culture, and learn and refer the experiences and models of enterprises in systematic construction; take professional activity as the grasping point to build campus behavioral cultural and enhance students＇ skills level and professional quality.
