摘要 在前期研究高压水射流深穿透射孔机理的基础上,研制了新一代高压水射流深穿透射孔井下装置,并结合江苏油田油井的实际井况,研究制定了现场选井条件、水力参数、井下施工管柱组合、工作液配方和施工工艺等,计算了油管伸长量,实现了现场施工作业设备和施工参数的配套。现场试验结果表明,该技术可用于井斜角达45°的井中深穿透射孔,射孔速度可达2m/h,射孔深度可达2m,增产效果良好。 Based on the previous study on the mechanism of the hydraulic deep penetration, the new downhole tools of the hydraulic deep penetration was developed. According to the practical condition of Jiangsu Oilfield, it was investigated on how to choose the well and determine the hydraulic parameters and the downhole BHA,worked out the appropriate fluid additives and operation process, calculated the tubing elongation, and matched the fluid/operating parameters with the field equipment. The field test showed that this technology can be applied in such wells as inclination 45° and had a significant contribution to the production enhancement. The perforation depth could be up to 2m with a penetration rate 2m/h.
