摘要
针对中等湿度地区的气候环境,为了尽可能地节约能源,尽量利用中湿度地区的干空气能,研发了一种蒸发冷却与机械制冷复合高温冷水机组,由于机组的特殊性致使与其搭配的水系统的特殊性。本文主要针对这种高温冷水机组的水系统做了分析,主要就该机组在运行期间蒸发冷却段制取的高温冷水与机械制冷制取的低温冷水流量配比问题做了详细分析,推导出两者冷水流量配比随蒸发冷却段制取的高温冷水温度的变化关系,并进一步找到随室外湿球温度的变化关系,为水系统的设计及其自控系统提供了理论依据。
In view of the climatic environment of medium humidity area, to save the energy and make the best the dry air energy of this area as far as possible, An evaporative cooling and the machinery refrigeration compound high temperature chiller was developed. This chiller's particularity results in its water-system's particularity. This paper mainly made the analysis aiming at this kind of the water-system. It was analyzed water flow ratio between evaporation cooling chiller and the machinery refrigeration chiller and inferred change relation between both kinds of cold water current capacity allocated proportion and the water temperature of evaporative cooling chiller, and further found the change relations along with the outdoor wet-bulb temperature. It provided the theory basis for water-system~ design and the automatic control system.
