老年人胸部创伤89例的诊治体会

Trauma of Chest in the Elderly

目的：探讨老年人胸部外伤的特点，为吏好的诊治和外发症的防治提供借鉴和参考。方法：回顾分析我院收治的89例老年胸部外伤患者的临床资料。结果：老年人骨质疏松，易发生骨折，造成血气胸。同时合并各种基础疾病，易形成呼吸，循环功能紊乱。结论：对老年胸部外伤病人，在正确诊治的同时，要积极防治肺部并发症，对治疗效果及预后起关键的作用。

OBJECTIVE ： To explore the characteristics of trauma of chest in the elderly and to diagnose and treat the disease better. METHOD： Clinical data of 89 patients with trauma of chest was analysed retrospectively. RESULTS： Fracture and hematupneu- mothorax were occurred in the elderly patients with osteoporosis. And these patients had respiratm＇y insufficiency and disturbunce of circulation easily because they had many kinds of chronic diseases. CONCLUSION： Complicating diseases of lung should＇be treated and prevented in these patients with trauma of chest, which will play an important role not only in evaluating curative effect of trauma of chest, but also in prognosis about the disease.
