摘要
针对汽车防抱死制动系统中磁电式轮速传感器失效问题,提出在同一车轮上布置两个轮速传感器以提高轮速传感器工作稳定性方案。提出一种基于小波变换信号突变点检测的融合滤波算法,用该算法对采集到的两组轮速信号作融合滤波处理。结果表明,该算法能有效检测到轮速传感器是否符合失效模式,且能有效滤掉外界噪声,提高了轮速传感器数据采集的稳定性。
To remove the fault of the magnetic-electric wheel-speed sensor in ABS, it is proposed in the paper to mount two wheel-speed sensors on the same wheel to improve operating stability of the wheel-speed sensor. A fusion filtering algorithm based on wavelet transform signals catastrophe-points detection is introduced in the paper, which is applied in two sets wheel-speed signals for fusion filtering processing. The results prove that this method is effective in detecting whether the wheel speed sensors conform to the failure mode, and it can filter out exterior noise effectively., thus greatly increase operating stability of the wheel speed sensors in acquiring data.
