摘要
碰撞模拟系统通过控制冲击能量产生和耗散的时间历程获得目标加速度波形。在研究新型加速型碰撞模拟系统技术特点的基础上,对3种能量控制类型的新型模拟系统实车碰撞波形的模拟结果进行了分析,计算、比较了3种系统的模拟精度和重复性精度,并利用功率谱密度方法在Matlab下绘制了目标波形与模拟波形的能量-频率分布曲线。提出了适用于工程应用和碰撞试验研究的碰撞模拟系统选型准则。
By controlling the time history related to generation and dissipation of impact energy,the crash simulating system obtains the target acceleration wave form. Based on the study of technical characteristics of a new type acceleration crash simulation system, the simulation results of a wave form generated from vehicle crash tests on three kinds of energy control are analyzed and computed. The simulation accuracy and repeatability accuracy of three systems are compared, and with the help of power spectrum density analysis methods, the power-frequency distribution curve of target wave form and simulated wave form are plotted in Matlah. Guideline of choosing crash simulation system which adapts to crash test research and engineering application is proposed in the paper.
