摘要
针对ABS/ASR系统中的典型故障进行了分析,定义了永久故障和临时故障及其转换条件,并基于模块化思想搭建了ABS/ASR车载试验平台。结合车载试验平台的结构,设计了支持故障诊断功能的系统硬件,提出了一种具有在线诊断与离线诊断功能的综合故障诊断策略。由故障诊断实例表明,所开发的故障诊断系统能实现在线诊断和离线诊断,有效完成故障码的存储、读取与清除,具有较好的集成性和实用性。
In the paper, the typical failures of ABS/ASR system are analyzed, permanent fauh, temporary fault and mutual conversion conditions are determined,and ABS/ASR in-vehicle test platform is established based on modularization concept. Based on the configuration of the in-vehicle test platform, a system hardware supporting fault diagnosis function is designed, and an integrated on-line and off-line fault diagnosis strategy is proposed. The fault diagnosis example shows that the fauh diagnosis system developed is capable of on-line and off-line diagnosis, storage, read-out and removal of fault code effectively, has fairly good integration and practicability.
