摘要
通过分析线束CAPP系统的工艺数据需求及数据之间的联系,建立了工艺方法-材料消耗-消耗定额之间的复杂关系,并以基础物料信息和工艺方法信息为主线,设计了线束工艺数据库的概念模型和逻辑模型。基于所设计的线束工艺数据库开发了线束CAPP系统,并通过系统运行实例验证了该工艺数据库设计的合理性。
By analyzing the correlation between the process data demand and data of wiring harness CAPP system, the author establishes the complicated relationship between process method, material consumption and consumption quota in the paper, and takes basic material information and process method information as principal line to design a conceptual model and logical model of wiring harness process database. Wiring harness CAPP system based on the designed wiring harness process database is developed, validity of this process database design is proved through system operation case.
