增效剂FPC-X对矿用整芯输送带用PVC耐老化性能的影响

Effect of Filler FPC-X on Aging Property of PVC for Solid Woven Conveyor Belt for Coal Mining

研究增效剂FPC-X对矿用整芯输送带用PVC在空气和水中耐老化性能的影响。结果表明:增效剂FPC-X对PVC具有一定的增韧作用,可改善PVC的综合物理性能;与未加入增效剂FPC-X的PVC相比,加入FPC-X的PVC在水中的耐老化性能较好,在空气中的耐老化性能相当;加入和未加入增效剂FPC-X的PVC在空气中的耐老化性能均优于在水中的耐老化性能。

The effect of filler FPC-X on aging properties of PVC for solid woven conveyor belt in air and water was investigated.The results showed that,FPC-X had toughening effect on PVC,and could improve the comprehensive physical properties.With FPC-X,the PVC possessed better aging properties in water and similar aging properties in air.The aging property in air,either with or without FPC-X,was better than that in water.
