摘要 《2009美国复苏与再投资法案》背景下薄弱学校改造的四种模式分别是:扭转、转型、重办和关闭。与此相关的内容包括《2009美国复苏与再投资法案》的出台,薄弱学校的界定和四种改造模式的明确、模式实施与操作的情况,以及相关的评价和思考。 The four reforming models of low-performing schools are turnaround,transformation,restart and school closure under the background of implementing American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The other relevant contents involve how ARRA has been published,what are defined as low- performing schools,what the four models are,how the models are being implemented and the related evaluation and reflection on them.
