A Probe into the Development and the Characteristics of Russian Preschool Education in the 21st century

俄罗斯政府非常重视学前教育的发展,把学前教育提到教育优先发展计划的重中之重的地位。俄罗斯公办学前教育机构比例高,教育公益性强,城乡分布较为均匀;学前教育尊重儿童的天性和自然成长规律,把游戏作为学前儿童成长学习过程的主要途径;注重在学前阶段培养儿童的人文精神;注重学前教育与普通初等教育的衔接。

Russian government focuses on the development of the preschool education,and elevates the preschool education to the top priority in the Teach First scheme. Russian public preschool education institutes have a rather higher proportion and strong public nature, as well as a more even distribution in rural and urban areas. The preschool education respects a child＇s nature and its natural growth rule,and adopts games as primary approaches in the process of learning and developing. The cultivation of the humanistic spirit and the linking of the preschool and primary education are emphasized during the preschool period.
