IL_2激活的TIL治疗晚期大肠癌18例疗效研究

Research of the Curative Effects of the Treatment of 18 Cases of Late Stage Large Intestine Cancer with TIL Therapy Activated by IL 2

目的 探讨ＴＩＬ免疫治疗晚期大肠癌的疗效。方法 １８ 例患者进行ＴＩＬ治疗，观察治疗前后临床症状，检测ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８ 值、ＳＩＬ２Ｒ、ＮＫＣ、ＢＣＧ等免疫指标。结果 患者腹水明显减少或消失，瘤体部分缩小，存活期延长，体重增加，疼痛减轻，免疫功能明显提高。结论 ＴＩＬ治疗晚期大肠癌可调节机体免疫平衡，促进机体免疫功能提高，增强机体的抗癌消瘤能力，有减轻痛苦、延长寿命的作用。

Objective To search the curative effects of late stage large intestine cancer with TIL. Method Through the treatment of 18 cases of the disease and observation of their clinical symptoms before and after the treatment and the immune function detection of CD 4/CD 8, SIL 2R, NKC and BCG. Results Ascites descreases distinctly of disappeared, tumor shrinked partially, the cases' survival duration prolonged, body weight increased, the pain that the disease caused abated and the immune function was facilitated. Conclusion TIL treatment or late stage intestine cancer can not only regulate the balance of and facilitate the boby immune function, but also help to enhance the ablilty of body anticancer, alleviate the cases' suffering and prolong their survival duration.
