摘要
本文运用系统动力学原理,分析刻画了基于学习的竞合关系的运行机制。研究发现,对于影响竞合关系存续能力的两个因素-企业目标知识的可转移性以及企业获取知识的效率,其伙伴间的差异越明显,竞合关系的稳定性就越低;竞合关系的持续运行,需要借助于伙伴间对收益分配比例进行动态调整;其可调整次数,即竞合关系的存续时间,则取决于伙伴的耐心程度。
Applying the principle of systematic dynamics,author studies the issue of movement mechanism of learning based on cooperation relationship.The results show that,for the two factors,named transferability of aimed knowledge and efficiency of acquiring knowledge,the more differences of each of the two factors between partners,the less stability of co-operation.Further,the duration of such relationship has to rely on the dynamic adjustment of revenue allocation proportion.The adjustable times,the duration of competition and cooperation,depends on the partner patience.
