基于生命周期视角下的企业战略人力资源管理

企业的发展如同一个人,不管其寿命如何,必然经历一个从出生、成长、成熟和死亡的过程。对于一个企业管理者来讲,最重要的思考莫过于如何使一个企业生命周期延长。企业的发展离不开人财物,其中人的因素又是企业发展中最关键的因素。本文从生命周期视角来探讨企业不同发展阶段特点和存在的管理问题,进而从人力资源管理角度寻求企业良好发展的解决方法。

Just like human being,no matter how long it lives,the development of an organization has a life cycle of birth,grow,maturity and death.For the management teams,the most important thing taken into consideration is how to expand the life cycle of an organization.The development of a corporate mainly focuses on human resources,financial resources and property resources.Among these,the human resource is the key to the development of a corporate.The article is going to explore features of various corporate development stages and the management problems from the perspective of Life Cycle,in order to propose solutions for corporate development in the view of Human Resource Management.
