我国新建住宅节能技术支撑体系的构建

我国节能建筑领域的研究主要集中在建筑住宅节能设计方案、建筑节地、既有建筑节能改造等各个方面,而对新建住宅还未形成完整的节能技术支撑体系。本文在上述研究不足的基础上,参考国外新建住宅节能技术支撑体系形成与发展的经验,结合我国住宅节能发展现状,构建了我国新建住宅节能技术支撑体系,论述了各个子服务体系在新建住宅节能技术发展中所起到的作用及其运行机理,为提高我国新建住宅节能技术水平明确了研究方向。

As the research on energy-saving buildings in China mainly focus on the designing of residential building energy efficiency,construction land-saving,energy-saving renovation of existing buildings,and so on,a complete technical support system of newly built residential building has not been formed.Based on the previous research deficiency,referencing to foreign new technology and experiences,combined with the situation of China＇s housing energy saving,this paper builds a technical support system of new residential energy efficiency,and states the role and mechanism of various sub-system technology development in new energy efficient residential buildings,and makes sure the direction for improving the technological level of China＇s new energy efficient of residential buildings.
