苏北工业经济的问题及影响因素探析

工业是推动苏北地区经济增长的重要力量。近年来,苏北工业经济发展取得了一定的成绩,但与全省平均水平相比仍有一定的差距,特别是与苏南相比有较大差距。江苏工业经济梯度差异的客观存在,严重影响了江苏经济的持续和健康发展。本文分析了苏北工业经济的问题,从地理区位、人才禀赋、要素投入等方面探讨了影响苏北工业经济发展的因素,提出了发展苏北工业经济的政策建议。

Industrial is an important power to promote the economic increase of Northern Jiangsu.In recent years,there was some development for the industrial economics in Northern Jiangsu,compared with the provincial average level,but there are still some gaps,and a big gap especially with the level of Southern Jiangsu.The objective existing of grading difference of Jiangsu industrial economy seriously affects the sustainable and healthy development of Jiangsu economy.This paper analyzes the problems of Northern Jiangsu industrial economy,and explores the factors affecting Northern Jiangsu economic development form the aspects of geographical position,talent endowment,and factor input and so on,and also gives the policy suggestions about the development of Northern Jiangsu s industrial economy.
