直肠癌根治术后性功能障碍的预防(附62例分析)

Prevention of Getting Sexual Disorder after Radical Operation for Rectal Carcinoma (with analysis of 62 cases)

目的 探讨直肠癌术后性功能障碍发生的主要原因及其预防措施。方法 经对盆腔神经丛解剖和生理知识的复习和研究，将本院近年来行直肠癌根治术后男性患者６２ 例分为两组。一组为保留盆腔神经丛３０ 例，另组为传统手术组３２ 例。将术后性功能障碍发生率进行配对分析和χ２ 检验，Ｐ＜ ０．０１ ，两组比较差异有非常显著性。结果 直肠癌根治术中若注意保留盆腔神经丛，术后性功能障碍的发生率将明显减少。结论 保留盆腔神经丛能有效地预防直肠癌术后性功能障碍的发生。

Objective To discuss the why and how of sexual disorder after radical operation of rectal carcinoma.Methods By studying and reviewing the anatomy and physiology of pelvic nerve plexus, 62 male cases of radical operations of rectal carcinoma in our hospital were divided into two groups.①In one group 30 cases reserved pelvic nerve plexus;②In the other group 32 cases were operated on traditionally.Then make a matched pair analysis and examined ation χ 2 of the incident rate of sexual disorder,the result is Ρ <0.01,showing marked difference between the two groups.Results In the radical operation of ractal carcinoma the incident rate of sexual disorder would be decreased obviously if noticed to retain the pelvic nerve plexus in those operations.Conclusions Reserving the pelvic nerve plexus can effectively prevent the patients from getting sexual ability disorder happening after radical operation of rectal carcinoma.
