摘要
延迟焦化装置生产存在半连续的特点,过程非线性特性强。常规单变量PID控制对于线性过程控制效果比较好,PID用于延迟焦化装置,装置生产往往很难平稳,产品质量波动大,装置经济效益进一步提高困难。Aspen公司的DMCplus是基于多变量模型预测控制理论,在石化工业中应用较广泛的先进控制软件,能有效克服传统单变量控制的不足。为进一步提高延迟焦化装置的控制水平,挖掘装置潜力,以某炼化公司的延迟焦化装置及其后续吸收稳定单元为工业应用背景,采用DMCplus先进控制技术设计了3个先进控制器。先进控制器投运后,在提高装置运行的平稳性和安全性的同时,节能降耗,并提高了高价值产品收率。实施结果表明先进控制在该延迟焦化装置上的应用取得了显著的效果。
DCU process is batch production.The process has apparently nonlinear characteristic.By the normal single variable PID control which is useful to the linear process,the unit state is usually unstable;the quality of production is fluctuant;economic benefit is difficult to gain more.For the sake of improve the control performance and develop potential capability of Delayed Coking Unit,three of the advanced controllers are created for the DCU of one petrochemical enterprise in china,by adopting DMCplus technology,the advanced process control(APC) product of Aspen.After carrying into execution,the controllers improve the stability and safe reliability of the unit,energy conservation,enhances the collection efficiency of the more valuable products.Results validate the advanced process control technology in the DCU successfully applied with outstanding effect.
