摘要
文章介绍了氨法脱硫工艺的吸收原理,研究了物料平衡、水平衡和热量平衡的计算模型,运用Visual Basic 6.0编程软件开发了物料平衡计算软件,软件具有输入简单、界面友好、结果详实可靠等特点。计算的结果可直接用于工程设计和设备选型。该软件还可对操作参数进行优化分析,以方便设计人员从技术经济角度选择最优的参数。
The article introduces the absorption theory of desulfurization process by ammonia method,and studies the computational model of mass balance,water balance and heat balance,and develops a mass balance calculation software by using Visual Basic 6.0 programming software.The software has easy input,friendly interface,detailed and credible outcome,and so on.The outcome can be used for project design and equipment selection.And the software can also analyse and optimize the operation parameters,as to help the designer to chose the best parameters from technical and economical angle.
