摘要
阐述了传统中频逆变电阻焊机存在的不足。研究了采用导通电阻极低的MOS管同步整流电路取代传统的快恢复二极管全波整流电路,降低了输出整流电路在工作过程中的能量损耗,进而达到提高整机效率的目的。运用MATLAB软件中的Simulink模块对3 kW中频逆变电阻焊机系统进行相应的仿真,仿真结果表明了该方案的可行性。
The shortage of traditional mid-frequency resistance-welding inverter was expounded.The synchronous rectifier circuit of the low-resistance MOSFET was used to replace the traditional rectifier by faster recovery diode,which reduced the energy loss of the output circuit in the process,and enhanced the system efficiency.The SIMULINK module of MATLAB was adopted to simulate a 3 kW mid-frequency inverter resistance welder system,and the simulation results show the feasibility of the scheme.
