摘要
提出一种基于故障数据和状态监测数据的风力发电机齿轮箱轴承的新型检修策略。分析了比例失效模型中各参数的意义。利用最小维修成本法确定最优维修决策阈值,绘制最优维修阈值曲线,进而制定出最优维修策略。通过某型风力发电机齿轮箱轴承的实例分析,证明了此方法在风力发电机齿轮箱轴承维修决策中的使用价值。
A new maintenance strategy based on fault data and condition monitoring data was proposed for wind-power generator gearbox bearings.The significances of the proportional hazards model parameters were analyzed,and the parameter estimation algorithm was stated.The minimal maintenance cost method was used to determine the optimal maintenance decision threshold,plot the optimal maintenance of the threshold curve,and then work out the best maintenance strategy.At last,a certain type of wind turbine gearbox bearing case was analyzed,the result proves that this method is valuable in wind-power generator gearbox bearing maintenance.
