摘要
设计了一种用于电镀电源的移相全桥控制软开关DC/DC变换器的主电路,通过MATLAB/SIMULINK,建立了主电路仿真模型,仿真分析了超前桥臂和滞后桥臂实现零电压开关的设计原理,并对其进行了验证,同时使用TMS320LF2407A作为主控芯片,及IGBT作为主开关,试制了一台24 kW/20 kHz的样机,实现了数字移相控制及全桥变换零电压软开关,试验波形验证控制方案的正确性与有效性。
The main circuit of the soft-switch DC/DC converter based on full-bridge phase-shifted control for electroplate power supply was designed.A simulation model of main circuit was built with the simulation software of MATLAB/SIMULINK,and the realization of ZVS in the front bridge and lagging bridge was analyzed.At last,a digital control system using TMS320LF2407A as the main control chip was designed to achieve the digital control algorithm,as well as ZVS for IGBT.The 24 kW/20 kHz prototype was designed.The experimental waveforms show the validity of the control method.
