摘要
考察了与Nafion结构相似的短支链全氟磺酸树脂膜在中高温条件下的应用前景。通过对短支链的Aquivion膜(EW:790)与Nafion211膜(EW 1100)进行质子传导率和单电池性能测试表明Aquivion膜具有更好的电化学性能,且这种优势在高温低湿环境下更为突出。同时还发现全氟磺酸质子交换膜内有一部分不易自由移动的水,这部分水将影响到膜的性能。
The physicochemical and electrochemical properties of perfluoronated sulfonic acid membranes with short side chains were investigated.The improved proton conductivity and single cell performance using Aquivion membrane were observed compared to that using Nafion 211 membrane,indicating that the low EW Aquivion membrane had the potential to be applied for elevated temperature PEMFC electrolytes.It is also found that water molecules with limited mobility exist in PEM which can affect its performance.
