摘要
为了查明活性巯基与常见毒性元素结合能力,为临床应用巯基化合物进行解毒提供依据,在实验室中应用直接结合方法研究了巯基与Cu2+,Hg2+,Pb2+和砷化物的反应,发现半胱氨酸巯基3μg与(1~5)μgCu2+,Hg2+成线性反应,相关系数分别大于0.990(P<0.001),半胱氨酸或二巯基丙醇巯基与Pb2+,As2O3,NaAsO2无明显结合。作者认为半胱氨酸有可能用作铜或汞中毒的解毒剂,巯基仅在砷转变为某种如三价带苯环结构形式才能反应。
The reactions of sulfhydryl group with Cu 2+ ,Hg 2+ Pb 2+ and arsenides were studied at laboratory.The results showed that the reaction of sulfhydryl group(3 μg) of cysteine with Pb 2+ ,As 2O 3 and NaAsO 2, and the reactionsto a series of (1~5) μg of Cu 2+ and Hg 2+ were linear with correlation coefficient over 0.990(P<0.001),respectively, the authors considered that cysteine may be used as antidote for copper or mercury poisoning and that the thiol group react to arsenic only when tyey turn into some forms such as trivalent arsenide with benzol ring formation,.
