“两型社会”建设中农户对农村生态环境的认知差异及启示

Cognitive Differences and Implications on the Rural Ecological Environment of Household under "Two-Oriented Society"

农村生态环境问题日趋严重,而在"两型社会"建设背景下研究农户对农村生态环境的认知状况,对于农村生态环境治理具有重要意义。为此,研究采用抽样调查的方式,揭示了武汉城市圈、长株潭城市圈"两型社会"试验区中农户对农村生态环境的认知差异。结果显示:(1)不同省份、地区以及文化程度的农户对当地农村生态环境总体认知存在显著的差异,而这种差异在年龄及性别上表现得不明显;(2)农户将农村生态环境问题的表现形式归为农业面源污染、农村水质污染、空气噪音污染、生活垃圾污染、工业转嫁污染五类,且不同省份、地区以及文化程度的农户对这五类问题的认知存在显著的差异,而这种差异在年龄及性别上表现得不明显。

The problem of rural ecological environment has become increasingly serious, but studying the cognition of the households on rural ecological environment under ＂two-oriented society＂, which has very important significance for the governance of rural ecological environment. Therefore, this research reveals the cognitive differences of the households on the local rural ecological environment in the ＂two-oriented society＂ experimental areas of Wuhan City Circle and Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan City Group by using the method of sample survey. The results indicate： 1） there is a significant difference of the households on the overall cognition of local rural ecological environment between different provinces, regions and cultural level, while not significant in their age and gender; 2） the manifestations of rural ecological environment problems can be classified as five types, which are agricultural non- point source pollution, rural water pollution, air noise pollution, solid waste pollution, industrial pollution, and the province, region and cultural level of the rural households is different, the cognitions on these five categories are significantly different, but these difference also is not significant in their age and gender.
