基于能源强度影响因素的区域节能策略量化分析——以北京市大兴区为例

Quantitative Analysis of Regional Energy-Saving Strategy Based on Factors Influencing Energy Intensity:a Case Study of Daxing District of Beijing

在明确能源强度的四个影响因素,即产业结构、各产业能源强度、人均生活用能和常住人口数量的基础上,给出了区域节能策略的量化分析思路:对于已有节能策略,可按照明确策略、分析影响途径和效果、总结得失三个步骤进行;对于未来节能策略,可按照确定节能目标、明确现状、分析影响因素的变化趋势及可调控性、选定目标情景和提出节能策略五个步骤进行。最后利用提出的思路,对大兴区节能策略展开案例研究。

The article aimes to explore quantitative analysis of regional energy-saving strategy based on factors influencing regional energy intensity. Firstly the paper identifies the four factors influencing energy intensity, which include the industrial structure, energy intensity of each industry, per capita energy use and the resident population. On this basis, The methods of making quantitative analysis on the regional energy strategies are given. For quantitative analysis of existing energy-saving strategies, follow three steps： make clear strategies, analyze the influencing means and effects, and summarize the gains and losses. For future strategies analysis, follow five steps： identifying energy-saving goals, making clear present situation, analyzing the four factors＇ trends and regulatability, selecting target scenario, and making energy-saving strategies.
