摘要
从碳排放与经济增长相互内生的视角,分别基于环境库兹涅茨"倒U型"曲线(EKC)模型和考虑环境要素的经济增长模型对河南省出口贸易的环境效应进行实证研究,发现低附加值的出口商品结构是阻碍河南省低碳经济发展的重要因素,出口贸易部门的技术外溢则在一定程度上能够略微缓解河南省的碳排放压力。最后,提出了优化出口贸易结构和强化低碳技术创新与共享是实现河南省经济低碳化的必然选择。
From the perspective of mutual endogenesis between carbon emission and economic growth, and based on EKC model as well as economic growth model that takes environmental factors into account, this article conducted an empirical study on the environmental effect of export trade in Henan Province, the results show that the low value- added export structure is an important factor that blocks the development of low-carbon economy, while the technology spillovers of export sectors is able to slightly relieve the pressure of carbon emission in some degrees. Finally, it put forward that to perfect the export structure and to strengthen the innovation and share of low-carbon technology is a necessary choice for actualizing the economic low-carbonization in Henan Province.
