摘要
由来已久的"三农"问题积重难返。文章通过对现有解决方式的对比分析,认为均不足以彻底解决"三农"问题。而黄河水路大通道的横空出世,成为促进"三农"问题彻底解决的最佳方式。
The issue of agriculture, rural areas and peasants remains so delicate that not a single existent method can settle this problem completely. However, the idea （creation of the large waterway of Huanghe） put forward recently has opened a new chapter and becomes the best way to solve the problem.
