高速公路扩建工程桥梁拼接施工技术研究 被引量:33

摘要 研究目的:桥梁拼接施工技术复杂,施工中必须进行严格的控制才能确保桥梁拼接质量,本文以福建省泉厦高速公路石浔大桥为例,对高速公路扩建中T型桥梁拼接施工技术进行简要分析、研究,为同类型的桥梁施工提供参考。研究结论:采用本项技术进行桥梁的加宽拼接,加宽桥与原桥各自受力明确、互不影响,简化了施工程序,减少了老桥的植钢筋数量,降低了拼接的施工难度,基本不影响原有公路交通,确保了施工安全,降低了工程造价,具有良好的经济效益。 Research purposes:As the bridge splicing technology is complex,the quality of bridge splicing must be controlled strictly during the construction.In this paper,taking Shixunhe Bridge of the Quanzhou-Xiamen Expressway in Fujian as an example,the introduction is given to the research and analysis of the technology of T-style bridge splicing during the expressway extention project for the purpose of providing the reference to the similar design and construction works. Research conclusions:By adopting the technology presented in this paper to widen and splice bridge,the born loads of the widened bridge and primary bridge are specialized with no influence each other.In this way,the construction procedure is simplified,the reinforcing steel bar quantity of primary bridge is reduced,the construction difficulty of bridge splicing is cut,no influence is produced on the original highway traffic,the construction safety is ensured and the construction cost is reduced,obtaining good economic benefits.
