参与式灌溉管理对农业生产和收入的影响——基于淮河流域的实证研究 被引量:22

摘要 参与式灌溉管理可以实现政府和农户的“双赢”。基于淮河流域的农户调查数据,分析了参与式灌溉管理对农业生产和收入的影响。结果表明,参与式灌溉管理可以提高灌溉系统的维护水平、改善用水分配,进而能提高灌溉需水量大的作物的单产,而且在具体作物之间,这种显著的增产效果存在差异。参与式灌溉管理能提高农户种植业收入,低收入农户从中获益更多。 Through PIM, a win-win result may be achieved between the government and local users in water control. Using household survey data from the Huaihe River Basin, thispaper shows that the presence of PIM is associated with an increase in maintenance activities and water distribution. By increasing local control over water delivery, the presence of PIM contributes to improving crop yields, whose effects are more significant in larger water-con- sumption crops, Hence, PIM gives farmers a boost in terms of farm income and the asset- poor benefit more.
